张智，生物学博士（后），教授，博士生导师。黑龙江省天然产物工程学会理事长，黑龙江省发酵工程技术学会副理事长，黑龙江省食品科学技术学会理事。国家科技进步奖评审专家，教育部研究生学位论文评审专家，黑龙江省科技计划项目评审专家，河北省科技计划项目评审专家。多年来主要从事发酵工程、功能食品、天然产物生物转化方向研究，着重肠轴益生菌、植物活性成分高值化与稳态化、功能酶菌种选育。
主持国家、省部级科研项目三十余项，先后获省科技进步一等奖1项，二等奖3项，省自然科学一等奖2项，省教育科技进步一等奖1项，二等奖3项等多项奖励。发表SCI与中文核心论文150余篇，主编论著3部，参编3部。目前指导毕业博士6人，在读博士5人，指导毕业硕士38人，在读硕士11人。
